Our Guest Pastors

 

Each sailing has a guest pastor and family. Sailing by Grace partners with pastoral leaders and their church community to assemble groups of 10 or more cabins for their chosen sail date. We encourage our pastors and their family to unplug! They deserve it! Sailing by Grace provides each sailing with a balcony cabin for a family of 4. The cost for our pastors are the port fees and taxes. We ask our guest pastor to speak for Sunday service. The MSC Seaside provides a time and place for worship and bible study on Sunday mornings. It is approximately an hour of time allotted. The group traveling with, is encouraged to attend. It can be a simple devotion and conversation to full worship and message. Pastoral support for the crew is encouraged. The remainder of the cruise, we encourage our pastors to join activities with the group. Pastors also have the opportunity to take advantage of the cruise ship space by incorporating seminar or conference activities for their group. Sailing by Grace has the ability to organize these at no additional cost. Sailing by Grace also provides the lead group pastor and their church, ideas and tools to involve all ministries in the preparation for the voyage if they choose. Bring them to Church! All Sailing by Grace activities will be family friendly. The ship will also have spaces and activities for children to get to know others and have fun!
